AIM changed to Carelon

As of March 1, 2023 AIM Specialty Health, the company used to obtain prior authorizations for Empire Blue Cross, has officially changed it’s name to Carelon Medical Benefits Management.

There will be no changes to the AIM provider portal URL.

There will be no change to provider contracts with Empire.
